I have a recipe for an oatmeal pie crust.
It calls for one cup of butter. I'd like to add peanut butter to it. Can I add 1/2 cup of peanut butter to it, and use 1/2 cup butter?

Sure you can do that but you should try it out first on like a sample.

That sounds like it would work. Probably add to the taste, too. The one sure way to find out is to make one and see.

You can always try! I love tweaking recipes to make them my own. If it doesn't work you will know next time, it sounds very interesting YUM. Good Luck!

You won't know unless you try, so I would say go for it, because I don't know how that works.
