Weapons and distance are key; also if you are talking about politicains (all Nazis),civilian governemnt employees, Feld Waffen SS troops (all Nazi) or World War Two German Army who may have been Nazis and may not have been. The Nazi's were a political party and the Wermacht was not a political organization like the Waffen SS; lot like signing if the President is Republican Party then all U.S. troops are or Democratic Party then they are Democrats. Party membership was requied to hold a political post, work for the government and in the SS but regular German military was never put into that category; might have been interesting if they had been. Most the the officers were "old school" and that meant that politics did not matter the country and the military did and the military did not involve themselve in politics.
Going with weapons carried the Waffen SS or Wermacht either one would win; the other groups are civilians so the Texans would.
