Yes, there is. You go to a rental car company, and pay for it.

Pay the rental car company if you are in dire need of a car right now. If the car accident is not due to your fault or negligence, your insurance should pay for the rental money that you have advanced. Whether you will be paid in full or only partially will depend on your insurance policy.

Last accident, I had to pay for the rental car and the other guy's insurance company re-reimbursed me for most, but not all of my costs.
You may need to get the car yourself.

Not much you can really do. If you really need a rental car, you can rent (the cheapest car they got) and pay for it yourself until the insurance company accepts liability. then have them reimburse you for the amount you paid out of pocket. Unless you can catch a ride, this is your only option.

If you are in need of a rental car, get one and tell them what the circumstances are. They may be able to set up billing to the at fault parties insurance.

if you have the other driver's insurance information, call back and when the tele-promp say's,"for a claim press..." and when it say's to enter pol #, do so, an associate will come on the line, make sure you have the police report # ready, they'll check it out, if their policy holder is at fault, they'll make arrangements for you, whatever you do, don't shell out for the car with your money, I've had the other guy's insurance rent the car, and I've gone to pick it up, twice. give them a good argument, you'll have to be stubborn, their going to have to pay for it sooner or later, sooner the better.

If you need a car, rent a car. Keep track of the cost, and hopefully you will be reimbursed by insurance, Even it you could get in touch, and they agreed to cover it, you would still have to rent it and turn it in at the end for reimbursement.

Rent the car yourself, then call the insurance company and tell them you want reimbursed. Happens all the time, but you may have to fight them a little.

If I'm knowledge this proper it sounds such as you had been pulling out of a carpark to show left onto a freeway. The freeway is four lanes on each side. The two lanes of site visitors closest to you, heading the reverse means of the way in which you had been turning stopped to mean you can pull out in entrance of them to show. The woman that hit you was once touring within the third lane over (out of the four lanes that you simply had been crossing in entrance of to show)? If that is the case than you're at fault. The woman that hit you had the proper of means. Even although the two lanes of site visitors had been waving you on, you continue to didn't have the proper of means. It does not topic that her brakes had been going out. I have labored as an coverage agent for the beyond nine.five years & I have visible a few injuries similar to this one. In they all, the individual that was once pulling out in entrance of site visitors to show left was once deemed at fault. Hope this is helping.
