Stop eating carbs, because that is what builds up around your stomach (by stop, I do mean limit yourself). There is no such thing as target training, but if your fat percentage decreases, your muscles will stand out more, so it is good that you are running every day.

If you don't have equipment, one thing I learned at home was to improvise. Use random things you find around the house, maybe an unopened bag of dog food, a sack of potatoes -- it sounds really silly, but you have to do what you have to do, you know?

Keep doing the cardio and try not to eat so much junk. If you get into the habit of being healthy when you are young, it will be much easier to be a healthy adult. Have you considered joining a sport? Track season is coming up. Why not try jumping or throwing? Those both affect your abs.

Sign up with a gym and get a fitness instructor. Pay the money and you are more likely to stick with the exerise.
