The only logical advice, is to make him your ex-fiance.
You cannot legally force him into rehab. Its clear he's made a decision to cut you out of his life. Piss on him.

I wouldnt worry about weed so much as the cigarettes and alcohol. And if you called the police they'd probably end up with a drug raid on your house for the weed. And no you cant put anyone I dont think in rehab against their will they have to want to be there and get better. I would try doing an intervention also.

You can't make him change. But you can get rid of the neighbors.
I don't know if this would work, but it's worth a try. Take him out for dinner some day. Choose his favorite restaurant (if he's stoned, he won't be opposed). While you're gone, notify the police that your neighbors are smoking pot all the time and becoming a bother to you. Keep your husband out of there though.. sometimes cops take their time.
Otherwise, you need to tell him how it is. You're not going to put up with that. And he has to choose between you and pot. Hopefully he's not a moron, but really, it's all for the best.

This depends on which state you are in. In Ga, you could have two or more family members go before the magistrate judge and the judge can issue a court order for his rehabilitation. You could also call the police and leave a tip for the Narcotics Enforcement Team, but then you will have some pissed off neighbors and he will probably end up in jail. But, once again it depends where you live. In my county we can release you on a ticket for possession less than ounce.

Unfortunately, if he is not willing to stay in rehab, he can walk out at any time without restraints.
Your best bet is to consult with a mental health professional that does "interventions". They are exactly what you see on TV: A meeting between loved ones and the addicted person, and a professional, in a last effort to get him to participate in rehab.

No, you can't legally put him in a rehab. He has to make a choice to quit, or end up going to jail.

you do not have the authority to put him in rehab,.....but if the police got involved, the courts would have the power to do so,.....but it would be all over with you and him,.....i am sure he would never forgive you if you called the police,.....

I do not know the legal position, however the psychological is that he is very unlikely to stop if he does not want to.

This is who you pick in men?
Years later (because of her own choices), she'll be talking about how scummy (all)men are. A result of her own bad choices in life.

truthfully it wouldn't matter if you locked him up and tied him down....it will do NO good unless HE is ready to put it behind him...you need to think is this how you want to spend your life....because you can not change him no matter how much you love him...best of luck...
