i do and ever since i can't seem to stop thinking, this has such and such amount of calories in it. i even have memoriezed how much caloreis most foods contian. so what about u, do u count?

lol i just reread my question and i sound kinda paraniod, lol. oops... so yeah i am not obssesive or anything, just like to watch what i eat.

Yes, to an extent.
You don't want to drive yourself mad by counting every single little calorie!

I'm similar to you, but I count carbohydrates. In fact I think in carbs, in that I have many foods' carb counts committed to memory. The main difference is probably that you count for your figure, I count for my life. I am diabetic and by controlling my carbs I control the condition. In actuality, watching and controlling either will help you with weight control as long as you don't crazy with fats.

i'm aware of how many calories i eat.
i pay more attention to the fat/sodium content in food.

i'm not totally obsessive because i exercise everyday and know i'll burn a lot of what i eat off.

its not bad to count your calories, just make sure you're not becoming anorexic or anything.
