I do not know of any online sources however I have some article clippings that might work for you, and a few other items from prior readings. Here are the suggestions.

1. From article: ...brains are 60% fat, 1/3 of that fat comes from food, [must be the right foods], ..most kids dont get enough of it resulting in concentration difficulty, learing problems and depression. For health brain feed your son a blend of one tablespoon of organic flaxseed oil, sunflower and sesame-seed oil per 50 pounds of weight....a Womans World magazine article.

2. From article:...removing the tonsils and/or adenoids of Attention deficit disorders; ...a University of Michigan study.

3. from prior readings:.. a. make sure you are getting 8 hours of sleep (but dont go over too much). b. cut out most of your caffine intake. c. exersize 4 days a week, brisk walking will do. d. learn to meditate..clear mind for 15 minutes.

4. Vitamins.. a. Calcium Magnesium combination, b. Omega three oil. c. Vitamin B

Note: These are suggestions, keep yourself a journal on how you feel day to day and efforts, you will see a pattern, that is by experimenting you will see something that works. When you do stick with it.

(dont forget to vote from among all your responses, so many people are fogetting to vote.)

Go to "www.add.org" for ways to find and join local support groups for ADD. Try, "www.ldonline.org/indepth/adhd" for further info on ADD/ADHD and learning disorders. Just type "ADD/ADHD" into Yahoo! web search for a number of other links.

Good luck, good mental health, peace and Love!
