Yes while I exercise I breathing more , pure oxygen let me feel much good , so I relax so much in both physical and emotional . I can't imagine what situation can occur if I don't breathe whilst I exercise.

You probably pulled a muscle. If so, just give it some time to heal and don't try to do anything really strenuous until it does. If it still hurts in a week, then go to a doctor, but from what I think, you're perfectly fine and what happened to you is probably result of sudden strenuous exercise. Next time warm your muscles before hand and take breaks every 30 min or so. :)

You'll get a Major Cramp
Breath In through the Nose and Out through to Mouth because your nose has little hairs that will trap bacteria and debris so it wont restrict your breathing

it will damage your heart, cut off oxygen from your brain, and your muscles won't get the proper blood flow and oxygen resulting in a weaker workout. all together your muscles won't be able to get stronger and bigger.just breath regularly while working out to ensure oxygen circulates in your blood and that your blood flows properly. don't do shallow or deep breaths, just regular and you will be fine.

Recently there was an article regarding this issue and it can cause problems with vision.
I have a habit of holding my breath sometimes. So, I have to create a breathing check for myself.
But, I don't run anymore.
I just workout.

The body's self defense makes you pass out hence stopping exercise thus reducing Oxy requirements

You'll get dizzy. Breathe in on the work part, out of the rest part, so if you're lifting weights, breath in when you lift, out when you put them back down. I chew mint gum, it helps remind me to breathe when I do inhale, I get that minty freshness and I say to myself, "Don't forget to breathe."
EDIT: Breathing in while doing the work brings in the oxygen your body needs to do the work.

Contrary to what Warriorpooflinger said, you should be breathing OUT as you LIFT and IN while you LOWER the weights. DO NOT hold your breath as it could lead to a dangerous increase in blood pressure. I used to do resistance training and this what my personal trainer had told me. To back up my answer I researched it for you.
