I am afraid no foods will speed up your metabolism including green tea, though it is very refreshing. You need to go for the combination of diet and exercise.

If you really want to speed up your metabolism,then instead of eating three meals,eat six small meals. This way your body thinks it's mot getting enough food and you'll start using up the stored fat in your body.Drink plenty of water or Gatorade.

The best way to speed up your metabolism is to eat breakfast. your body has been deprived of glugose for the whole night so naturaly your metabolisim will be slow. so the best way to get back to speed is to eat breakfast. eating less high fat foods will also help improve your metabolism. aim to eat more protiens and vegetables

Anything spicy. Capsaicin ( C18H27NO3) is found in peppers and is said to help boost metabolism!!!
