when my dad goes to work my mom will beat me. Or when we are alone and hes gone somewhere she will start hurting me and being mean to me. When hes around shes never mean to me. He leaves the house and she will take belts or hit me in the head where the hair part is or hold me down and put her hands over my mouth so i cant breath then let go at the last minute. I told my dad, i went crying into his room and told him she hurts me and he said i will talk to her, dont worry but then i got beat later for it when he left again. Why does my mom only hurt me when my dad isnt around?

Something is terribly wrong with this type of behavior. I hate to say this but you may have to tell the authorities if your dad doesn't come to your rescue, for your own safety. Someone in this family needs mental help. Some thing is terribly wrong, seek help immediately. Speak to your counselor ASAP.

Show this Q? and all the answers to your dad.

But before that tell your mom, that if she touches you again, you will tell on her to the pople in the school and they will call the police, you want to have if not loving at least civil relationship with her, you love her so you have not call the police on her, but you cannot take the suffering any more andwill be force to do what you must do to protect yourself, from this type of abuse.

Hope it will work.

Ask her this before she gets next chance to beat you. Make sure your dad is present.

Tell your teacher at school. They need to call Child Protective Services. What your mom is doing is wrong and needs to be stopped. Don't let this go any longer. You could really be hurt.

It sounds like your mother has serious issues and your father is trying to solve the problem and can't. If there is a relative (from your mother's side) you can TOTALLY trust, talk to him/her first. If it not helps, don't hesitate to contact a counselor or Child services.

It sounds like she is an absive parent and you really should call child services if this is real. If you are exaturating and your being punished because you act up when your dad's not there then stop acting up.
