I don't believe in your god or anything else in the Bible. Even if I did, there is nothing loving or fatherly about that god. More like an abusive spouse or parent..."Yes, you're miserable, but you've brought it on yourself, and I'm doing it all because I love you. You deserve it all, you terrible sinful wretch...but I love you so much that I'll forgive you....or inflict terrible punishment on you if you don't do what I say OR IF YOU LEAVE ME."
That's not a "father" I'd want to love, thank you very much.
