You can't get Photoshop for free, but you can download Gimp. It is very close to Photoshop, and is free.

You can get photoshop and lots of other stuff at places like isohunt.

There's thepiratebay too.

A theft over $500, in the US, is a felony. I don't understand why you and others think that you are deserving of stealing someone's work. I guess if you need a car to look for one with keys in it and steal it.
