* And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. (Revelation 9:5)

There are so many dates that were tagged as the day Jesus was coming back or the day the world would come to an end and and those days came and went uneventfully. It's just like how everyone got absolutely crazy about the disastrous outcome when we hit the year 2000.... and again nothing ever happened. I'm not saying that that day will not come I'm just saying that I'm not going to spend my time worrying about when it does. I believe in destiny and if it happens in 2011 or before or after cool, I'm prepared to leave this life and I would love to meet God and go to heaven. The best part is all my friends and loved ones will go with me. If it doesn't happen then I go on as always.

Matthew 24: 36 "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
Before leaving this earth to return to his Father, Yeshua the Messiah (Jesus the Christ) plainly stated that he would come back again.
John 14:1-3 "... And If I go", said he, "... I will come again."
When questioned by his disciples as to the 'sign' of his return and the end of this age (Matthew 24:3) the Saviour spoke of the signs (conditions) that would prevail on earth just prior to his coming; conditions which we believe are now here.
The return of Jesus Christ is very near "even at the door" as the Bible puts it.
Matthew 24:4-5 "Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name saying, I am Christ, and shall deceive many."
Our Lord went on to warn his followers that there would arise "false prophets" and "false Christs" who would possess miracle-working powers (verse 24); powers which could easily be mistaken for the power of God Himself.
Surprisingly enough these bogus prophets were to correctly proclaim that Jesus is the Christ, which is what he is. He is the Anointed One, the Messiah.
So in this respect they are proclaiming the truth.
2 Peter 3:3-4 (NIV) First of all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. 4 They will say, "Where is this 'coming' he promised? Ever since our fathers died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation."
Remember: No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven!
Matthew 24:42-44 :
"Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. 43 But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. 44 So you also must be ready..."

If you believe the Bible, then you will believe that "only the Father knows" when Jesus will return. A drunk driver may run a light today and kill you. Your world will come to an end. You could live to be a really crusty old fart. You don't know, and you should be equally ready for either possibility. Buy your tickets for the concert next month and make sure your will is in order. Tell everybody you love that you love them; treasure the sunrise as it might be your last and buy a week's supply of groceries.
You don't know and neither does anyone else. THAT you can bet on.

just assume the date is 12-03-07, And Act Accordingly.
(Isaiah 55:6-7) . . .Search for Jehovah, YOU people, while he may be found. Call to him while he proves to be near. 7 Let the wicked man leave his way, and the harmful man his thoughts; and let him return to Jehovah, who will have mercy upon him, and to our God, for he will forgive in a large way.

OK, so we'll make you a deal:
On January 1, 2012, after all of this doesn't happen, you all have to stop yarking in our faces about it. Forever. Until then, you have the floor.
What do you say?
