I'm going to make a homemade pizza from scratch, as the other half won't get home until 8.30 tonight, but we'll have a fully turkey dinner tomorrow.
How about a rack of lamb?

My family has a tradition. Every Sunday is pasta and meatballs night. You can make a lot with not too much work, so the whole family can come over and eat to make a great Sunday dinner!

I am being lazy today - doing a big pot roast that I seared in a skillet and then put in the crock pot! (with some dark beer, beef broth, garlic, onion, rosemary and thyme). I'll add some veggies in a bit, and it will be all ready by 5! Yum!
