go to a health food store and ask for vail tea. i have used it in the past.just follow the directions to a tee and it will be fine

go to a local health food store and they should have some sort of product to help you pass :) ... if thats not available, try sure-gel [gelatin mix] and TONS .. gallons and gallons of water!
If youve been smoking 3 years straight id definitely go for something called "The Stuff" or whatever a health food store might offer... usually has guaranteed money back :)

Drink lots of water. Make sure that you pee that morning before you give your sample. And if you have warning, it really doesn't hang around more than a few days.
