How to make a Installing game run just by copy pasting it ?

Depends.. Some games will work like this, but some will not. Depends what folders and files are created during install. IF you could copy and paste ALL of them, it might work. However, a lot of games also need the original CD or DVD to work, so you're out of luck unless you use software intended to do backups of original disks. Use google for more info on that.

Can't be done, that's what Windows Installer programs are for.

BTW, we do know that you are trying to do something illegal!!
