Intelius lists five households of Subings in the country, but no Emma. Are you sure that her name is still Subing? (And what does "2x" have to do with it?) If she gave you up for adoption, she may have married since then. However, there are organizations that match adoptees with their birth parents, IF both parties want to be reunited.
