Ok, this is probably irrelavent, but on Wednesday night my right side hurt a little and I felt a little sick to my stomach.

Ok, last night my lower stomach, in the middle, started hurting bad. I went to the bathroom for 20 minutes and was suck between diahreah and constipation back and forth. And my diahreah was very liquidy - and I'M DEHYDRATED. My stomach started feeling better when I came out. So this morning, I ate a yougurt and 6 crackers and now my lower stomach is beginning to hurt bad again. And I feel like vomiting right now, but I have NOT... yet.

Do I have food poisioning, or what in the world is wrong with me? Should I go to the doctor if I get any worse?

Get to a Doctor. This isn't the forum for emergency medical advice, lol. You'll be okay, but the previous posters are right. This could be something like appendicitis, which will only get worse if you ignore it.

Yes- could well be food poisoning - are you being physically sick as well? Could also be a "virus" - a generic name for something that produces those kinds of symptoms but has no specific treatment except possibly anti-biotics. Certainly, if it doesn't clear in a few days, go to the doctor. But try and let your body get rid of whatever it is that's causing it by it's natural merthods - diarrhea and vomiting.

These sound pretty much symptoms of food poisoning. Make a list of all the foods you have eaten in the past couple of days, and think if any of them could have given you food poising.

It may just be gastro which you could have caught from anywhere.

You should go to a doctor if it gets worse, but it doesn't sound like anything too bad.

I think you should go to the doctor as soon as possible, since your condition might worsen any minute. And I personally think that you won't have a peace of mind unless you went to the doctor. Ha ha.
Good day to you!

I think you should go to the octor just to be sure... It could be food poisonong, but it could be something worse. You have to remember to drink ALOT! Since you are getting all the liquid out. The most important thing is to drink RIGHT NOW!

You should go to the ER NOW!!

It sounds like you could either have appendicitis, or a bowel obstruction.

If it's appedicitis, it could rupture, which could cause your symptoms to disappear, but could cause peritonitis (infection in the abdomen). Peritonitis can be life threatening. So, GET TO THE ER NOW!!

Sounds like gallstones. You can get them at any age, especially if you drink tea. Doesn't really sound like appendicitis, could be an infection or food poisoning, but less likely. Have tests run soon!!!

Go to the doctor now! I don't much about this kind of stuff, but if you wait too long this could really get serious.

I would definitely go to the doctors as soon as possible.
Sounds quite serious.
Get it checked out before it gets any worse.
Good luck!

It is not possible to get a diagnosis on this site. That's not a reasonable assumption. You need to see a doc if it continues.
