Would like to manage my photos, music and video collection .?

Could anybody tell me any one single application where I can do that.

There is only one - an external hard drive.

Please explain what you mean by "manage my photos, music and video collection" - organize, backup, categorize, etc. "Manage" is too vague.

Download IFunpix application from http://www.ifunpix.com .This is a single application which you can use for managing and sharing photos, music and videos.
