What type of buffet would you like to see? when i mean type like what type of food.

ALL finger foods :
- Cream puffs filled with something savory
- pickle dogs
- pinwheels
- mini cookies
- bars, at least three varieties
- fruit kabobs
- vegetable kabobs, with dip
- pepper jelly with cream cheese & fancy crackers
- mini eclairs, with 3 different fillings to choose from
- italian pics= pepperoni, olive & cheese on a frilly toothpic
- peanut butter spread on crackers, dipped in chocolates
- meatballs (Have guests do taste testing of 3 -5 bbq sauces)
I could go on and on... but really need to get some work done.

All fresh, good quality ingredients. Chicken, pasta, fish, salads, fruit, light dressings, fresh breads. Not heavy or fatty foods. Nor big unweildly, unmanageable potions. Pleasing on the eye as well as the palate :-)

food is food. there was a mall that 's not there any more-but it had a circle food court. it served different ethnic and down home cooking in a beautiful food court setting. each restaurant had their own area and look , and were a true eating experience.even tables were according to each restaurants decor.it burnt down in the 90's and they replaced the mall with a TGIF Fridays.a common burger place.

Breakfast buffet with different stations (eggs, waffles, meats, fruit, potatoes, danish, champagne fountain, international coffees, etc)

Seafood with lobster, shrimp, oysters, scallop, crab, clams, fish .... with the choice of them being steamed, fried, fixed in salads and casseroles .......... add veggie salad, and potatoes .... with the option of fried, baked, mashed. Thats a perfect buffet for me.

Light food like seafood, salads, fruit, chicken etc. It is always nice to have delicate little things - like the Spanish tapas and Italian anti-pasti.
