eat 5-6 small meals a day - complex carbs, lean protein, healthy fats, fruit and veggies, soy and milk products, legumes.

Yes and also eating smaller portions..the more you eat in one sitting the more your stomach stretched and inflates like a balloon. Include healthy complex carbs, protein, good fat and fiber.

oh yes...have a balanced diet with lot of roughage and fibre in it...as fibrous foods have very less fat or carbohydrate in them...so go and have fun with your food.
