what make is your computer???
i bought an Acer with Vista and had problems with MSN, with mine it was a problemwith Acer not Vista and i had to download a free patch from Acer to solve the problem.

I'm not the best with vista but I can tell you what is wrong. you need to unblock the ports. thats as much as I can tell you b-caus I dont run vista often just when I'm bord I run mac os x and xp
