Did we chose God? Did God choose us?
Explain the reason for your belief.
Let's just skip the "there is no God" answers please!
I'm asking this question for believers in God only...

Both. God chose all of us to be His children. But we, in turn, have to choose to accept Him as our Father and Savior. He created us and has known us since the beginning of time, but He also gave us free will to choose for ourselves.
Of course not all believers in God will have the same opinion. That is only how I feel about it :)

I understand and accept that other people may or may not choose to believe in a God.
The consensus seems to be, for those people, that their God has created them, and I suppose that would be as good as saying that their God had chosen them.
Not that I am am the best judge of this situation, as you may appreciate, seeing as I am very much 'on the outside looking in' when it comes to belief in a God.

God chooses everyone who will let him into their lives. We as individuals have to choose to let him into our lives.
John 3:16-17, “For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him."

We love God because He first loved us. That's in John, one of the letters I think. He chose us since before the foundation of the world. That's in Romans, I think.
I don't carry the quotations in my brain but they're in the Bible, easy enough to find.
God chose us, because He decided to, not because we're "special." I certainly wasn't worried about it until He chose me. It was as if He put out his hand and said, "Thus far and no further."

you all chose to believe in a god because you need meaning. we can find that without supernatural help thank you.
