Back in the day 36-26-36 or 36-24-36 used to be considered the ideal figure. Really, I think those are incredibly attractive proportions. What ever happened to that figure?

Well, Twiggy was the first supermodel to be so extremely thin. She started a trend that size 0-2 is the new acceptable size, and it's still that way today.

I hope "fat" comes back in style, though. So many girls won't have to worry about their bodies so much.

It depends on how tall u are. I’m 4’11 so a size 6 might be a little big for me but I’m not sure. I’ve never been a size 6. Our world is so distorted. Most people have eating disorders such are anorexia and obesity. In my opinion if u eat healthy and exercise then you’re the correct healthy weight.

never heard of "perfect size" to be 6. It depends on how tall you are - I am 6ft tall and if i was size 6 i would look way too bony.
The only thing those numbers mean is to have at least 6-8 inch difference between your waist and hip/bust measurements which looks good and is healthy.

They started to eat..A size 6 is not the ideal size for a grown up..maybe a teen or young adult...I use to work retail for a long time and the average size lady is not a size 6 but a size 12...
