Are you asking if god is so powerful that she could actually make herself exist? That is a tough one, perhaps too tough even for an omni everything god.

No, in most cases he or she isn't God..he or she is something dreamed up by people about what they fear or hope might exist.
And we can't make things real just by hoping them...at least we can't make them real for everyone...though we can often convince ourselves.
The real "powers that be" exist and do their thing whether we notice, acknowledge or care about them. That's how you know they are the 'powers that be" they are not dependent on or influenced by human action.
