From what you're describing you sound a lot sicker than you should be from what you've consumed. I don't know how much or how often you drink, but I assume you have an idea of what your body will tolerate and how you usually feel afterwards.
Given the relatively small amount that you did drink, is there any possibility that it may be something else that is causing you to feel this way? Maybe you're just getting sick, like with the flu or something along those lines. Have you eaten anything that might be suspect recently?

There's nothing you can do about it now apart from drink plenty of water and takes some pain killers for the headache. But next time you go out, eat something fatty - which should help to protect the stomach lining. Drink water throughout the night, this is to counter act the dehydration that can be caused by drinking alcohol. Don't mix drinks and try to stick to clear ones (vodka) and avoid whiskeys. Then before you go to bed drink a pint of water and take a couple of paracetamol. Hopefully you should get minimum hang over effects!

HI- Sometimes when drinking, there is yeast products in the booze. There is some ways to cure a hangover. Over the counter mix called "Hangover Cure"- try taking some anti-inflammatory med, like ibuprophen, up to 800 mg every 6 hours. Start out with crackers and a carbonated drink, like
7-up, and work your way up. LOTS of water if able to keep down. Nice warm toast. Sleeping it off. Alka Seltzer helps for a hangover, also. The next time, eat before you go to bed, and take some ibuprophen. Hope this helped a bit. Take care and hope you get to feeling better soon.

Before you go out and drink next time take chaser. You can find it at stores. Then when you get home drink at least 2 glasses of water and take two excedrin or advil. Not tylenol. The amount of acetemetaphan can hurt you. Then when you wake up, eat something greasy if you can as well as some toast. That soaks up the crap that makes you feel like crap.

Drink a couple of glasses of water. Eat something - preferably something like bacon and eggs. Drink some more water. Have a cool shower. Take 2 panadol. Go for a walk. You will feel better. If not = stay in bed/
Best ever cure though........don't get drunk!

Can you not go out to enjoy yourself without 'Bevvy'? Some call this social drinking... a hangover is the body's reaction that it cannot cope with alcoholic poisoning , which it is.
I bet you said "Oh no! , never again"
