Oats as far as health wise. They are good for your heart & cholesterol and it sticks to your ribs so you won't get hungry to quick. Of course if you load it up with sugar and cream your undoing the goodness of it!!! Use Splenda, margarine, and low fat milk. Also you can put your cinnamon or what ever you like in there.

Depends on what your putting on that sandwich. If it's a true whole grain bread, then, the complex carbs are wonderful for you and if it's fish, or chicken, or turkey, it's a huge plus and if you add tomato and sprouts, it's a good anti oxidant boost and great for cholesterol.

I love oats also, but the sandwich can be made to outweight the oats in benefits. Depends on what you like for breakfast

I prefer non fat yogurt, fruit and grape nuts. :-)

Either one. A whole grain sandwich is just as healthy and sometimes more filling than oatmeal.

OATS for sure...., trying mixing some cinnamon into it to for extra flavour and its weight loss properties.. yum!!!
