Could we apply for welfare?
In other words, would Mexico make our lives easier due to the fact that we are illegal...and do not speak the language

Mexico has strict laws concerning illegal immigration. They do not tolerate it and their standards for LEGAL immigration include a requirement to speak Spanish. On the other hand, I doubt that Mexico's police could handle that number of illegal immigrants over a short time. They would have to take action such as placing military units on their border with orders to kill illegal immigrants attempting to cross.
Added:: shaybani_yusuf: Did you know that in Mexico the language is Spanish? Why do you think that is? Have you ever heard of the Aztec's? Have you ever heard of Hernando Cortez. At least the Europeans who settled the United States left some of the natives alive. Study a bit of history before you make sweeping pronouncements please.

If there illegally, and caught they'd go to jail, and pay fines.
But I have to kind of laugh, because Calderon can't handle all the illegals that are being deported, and belong in Mexico as it is. He is crying foul.

Mexico has very specific qualifications required to immigrate......if you are caught living there illegally, you will be arrested and go to a mexican jail.......you have to have a guaranteed income of $1500 per person to legally immigrate { i think that's correct}

The Mexican government would shoot about 10,000 or so as an example and tell the rest they have a week to vacate the country or they will begin mass executions. That is what is going on on Mexico's southern border.

They would get the same benefits America Gives to the Undocumented , Under the Welfare Reform Act Of 1996, That denied Federal Social Service to legal Mexican residents, Much less the Undocumented. They get , nothing.

You are sooo very misinformed, There are 25,000,000 Native Americans ,that still speak their indigenous language, in Mexico.
Only a few million Native Americans still live in all of the United States, About 3 million.

To be equal, it would have to be over 20 million, not five million.
I understand your frustration, but what kind of jobs would these 20 million Americans be doing?
And you're right, I don't think the Mexican government would bend over backwards like the U.S. government does.
