Opened a container of Kraft Microwaveable Macaroni and Cheese singles, added water, cooked it, started eating it, and toward the bottom, a baby cockroach or cricket of some sort was attached to a noodle. What can I do about this?

Well, that's just gross.............Unless your a starving Pygmy
from New Guinea, throw it away!!! Buy a fresh box of Mac/cheese that's not out of date. Don't leave it in the cabinet so long next time...If you've got roaches, spray!! & Keep all your food in a tight sealed container!!

Do you still have the package? If so save it. Email the Kraft company and explain what happened. They will probably respond asking for some information off the box to take action. Thats pretty much disgusting!

EEEEWWWWW! (I hate bugs) You could have eaten bugs with diseases in it! I'd sew them! (seriously) They could've been poisonous bugs, and this is a health issue. Take a few pictures of it, too. and put it in a bag. UGH, sick.
