And when I do, most of them are nightmares! Anything to share with me? Also, in some of my nightmares and up happily. What's wrong with me OR my brain? Is this because I'm too smart to give way to these dreams?

Also, last week i dreamt about a guy giving out free PSPs but I and some other people refused to accept them. Also the people who accepted the PSPs suddenly had black clothes even though they didn't and the ones who did not accept those had white clothes. the man looks evil! and the skies were red! tell me what does it mean!

In a lot of cases, you have dreams but they are not remembered when you wake. Only the real wierd ones such as nightmares make enough of an impact on our memory that we remeber the details.

Everyone dreams every night, but most people have a hard time remembering those dreams, unless you wake up in the middle of one, and your concious mind gets the chance to wander over it. During your nightmares you must wake up and lay and think about what's happened in them - you wake up because you get that worked up your body thinks you're in danger. You're perfectly normal.
Dream interpretation is something only you can do. I'll give you some suggestions as to what your dream meant, but you need to see if any apply to you, and think further on this.
In your dream, you seem to be very keen to do the right thing. I'm guessing you'd love to own a PSP, so it's a big temptation to take one, but your morals are too strong. Have you been asked by someone to to do something you don't agree with lately? And you wouldn't do it? Maybe you think someone will ask you to do something in the near future. Someone you don't entirely trust. Black can symbolise evil (your mind associates black with bad, white with good) so maybe the people in black are the ones that gave in to this person, and you and the people in white wouldn't. Just have a think. I'm sure you'll come up with lots of ways this applies to you :)

only the insane do not dream at all how ever you are not insane since you do have dreams and many that you probably just can't remember.
the dream about the man giving out PSP's (what ever that is) it is good that you did not accept them those who took them were all wearing black black is a sign of bad luck even death. white for those who did not accept them mean good luck maybe clean health or something prosperious. you may be having night mares because you are surrounded by dangerous people but you are smart enough to know not to get involved with them.

People dream a lot more than they realize. Dream are a byproduct of your thoughts and experiences. Most dreaming happens in deep sleep so you don't remember it the next day. Some people think that nightmares are more likely to happen when you are stressed out or anxious.

Dreams are just activity in your mind, they don't tell the future or anything, normally they expose your inner fears or play on something you've been thinking/worried about, even down to a subconscious level. If you arent dreaming, then you just have a clear mind. Absolutely nothing to worry about. If your nightmares are actually making you lose sleep or affect your day, see the doc, otherwise, you have nothing to worry about.

From what I have read you dream every time you sleep you just don't remember the dreams and night mares could be from something you eat to something you watched or even bad childhood situations. Try reading the bible or another cheerful book that is encouraging before you go to bed and see if that helps.

Same thing happens to me. I remember my nightmares--all are hauntingly realistic and could very well happen--but I forget my dreams, many of which have to do with hot air balloons for some strange reason. Apparently our brains are on the AM frequency. ;)
