#1: Don't assume we are all talking/believing/knowing the same exact GOd.
#2: So what GOd am I non-believing? The Judeo-Christian GOd or the Greek Pantheon?
#3: Please, historically they are all mixed up and then sorted out into a convenient recipe for modern times. You don't think Zeus had anything to do with Christianity?
#4: Do you mean something like a white shiney friendly face whispering to me in a dream, or a fierce ball of fire telling me what to do next?
#5: Maybe then I would believe in Ghosts and UFOs.
#6: What do YOU want to prove? If I don't want to believe in "a GOd", and I am living a reasonably peaceful and social cooperative life, why should the Evangelist care about my belief/non-belief?

I'm sure God, if He exists, is wise enough to think of the proper evidence and capable of providing it (that omnipotence bit). Offhand, I can think of a number of 'miraculous' events which might convince me that there's a higher power of some kind, but for God specifically He would need to put in a direct appearance.

Simple -empirical evidence for the supernatural and deities in particular. Not some wishy-washy bashing of science, or an appeal to ignorance. I mean real evidence for a god intervening in natural processes -- something intelligent that defies the laws of physics would be compelling.

I believe that man creates God. To him God exists. It applies to me too. There is no way an external agency can convince me. I have to convince myself.

If, in the full course of peer reviewed scientific inquiry, the only hypothesis fully supported by the data set (it would have to be a very large data set) was God, then I would accept that hypothesis. I would then believe in God.
Please note that I would give up believing the moment a better hypothesis was found, or the original hypothesis was not supported by additional data.

a million Corinithians a million:20-25 20 the place is the sensible guy? the place is the scribe? the place is the debater of this age? Has not God made silly the expertise of the international? 21 For when you consider that interior the expertise of God the international via its expertise did not come to understand God, God replaced into nicely-extremely joyful in the process the foolishness of the message preached to keep people who have faith. 22 For certainly Jews ask for indicators and Greeks seek for expertise; 23 yet we pontificate Christ crucified, to Jews a stumbling block and to Gentiles foolishness, 24 yet to those who're the called, the two Jews and Greeks, Christ the potential of God and the expertise of God. 25 because of the fact the foolishness of God is wiser than adult adult males, and the weak spot of God is greater effective than adult adult males. you're inquiring for an indication or via expertise to establish how this "God exists." i will in user-friendly terms enable you to already know that with each and all of the stuff that technology has theorized they nevertheless can not completely determine how our finished universe replaced into began.. the super Bang concept holds that random acts tremendously plenty spawned our universe from not something and that that's increasing... yet how can something come from not something? we are taught that each and each action has an equivalent and opposite reaction and which you will not say have an engine working without some potential that provoked it. for sure you are able to discover that something had to have existed in the previous our universe got here from not something. To think of outdoors the field this in user-friendly terms shows that a supernatural being that would not carry on with the guidelines of time is at the back of the introduction the universe. God exists once you already know which you at the instant are not on my own in this international, which you're aside of an extremely difficult equilibrium. once you like or tutor compassion for others. once you think of outdoors of your self and notice the international as an entire not as a million atom. After a on a similar time as you already know that existence is significant and which you somewhat desire to handle others as you have been taken care of. those strengthen morals and values.

The universe I live in provides plenty of "evidence" for the Divine I believe in. It does not provide evidence for what a lot of others refer to as God.
I guess I qualify as a non believer, because there are a lot more gods I don't believe in, than ones I do believe in.
Were you referring to a particular God?

A life changing event; dying and asking to live, sick and made well, injured and being healed. Belief in God requires faith; if you truly "look" for him you will find him. How many things exist that we have no knowledge of or are unable to see? Air, gravity, magnetism, atoms, molecules, and far away planets; simply because we cant see it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Without medical or technological involvement, the regeneration of an amputated human limb from the shoulder or hip (ie: entire limb).
That would suffice to prove that a deity exists... not necessarily yours, but a deity at the least.
