He makes a comment about me having to wear a wig if I were to hypotheticallty cut my hair. It sounded shallow so I said so, and he gets upset and says he's never been shallow in his life. The next day when I bring it up he says he was joking about the wig comment, but I felt that his tone proved otherwise, because unlike him I know a joke when I hear one. I think he is trying to accomodate me by saying the right things but all I want is for him to be honest. I told him that I didn't believe him, and now he thinks that I'm upset about the "joke" that was made. I'm upset because only when I brought up the shallow comment the next day, he changed his story around to get out of the hot seat which makes me believe that he's lying. If someone's upset at a joke you make, wouldn't you try to nip an argument in the bud and proclaim " Hey I'm just joking. There's no need to get upset ? " I think he's just stupid because I've explained to him in a letter and texts what the issue is. Comments?

If the two of you blow one single incident out of proportion like that (one single hypothetical comment plus one single response, then fallout from that), and cannot resolve it easily, do not, REPEAT, do not even consider partnering.

Sometimes it is best just to let things go, really what are you two fussing about. You have to learn that sometimes we say things and it may be a joke or it may not, but is it really worth being mad about. Think of the good things you could of have been discussing or doing together instead of being wrapped up in this.

Ace thinks it is SUPER SWEET that he would be so upset that you would change like that.

Other humanaughts are afraid of change. Ace is afraid of nothing. He simply does not want you to get a space cut because then you would be different.

He now doesn't want you to feel bad. Look at him grovel! I think makeup sex is in order.
