I can understand that. Any group that gets hyterical about a stupid teddy bear being named after a prophet is one to avoid. 40 lashes for such a trivial offense, what a crock!
I know Christians in history were just as stupid in some ways of the past but at least they moved on with the times.
It shouldn't be too hard to join a Christian group and become baptized if that is the way you want to go. I too would distance myself from any religion that had such archaic vierws of human rights and its treatment of women.
All those clerics stirring up violence should feel the lash themselves they are crazy fanatics that debase the following of Islam

Hello, all you have to do is go to a church and say you want to convert, don't be scared or anything, they would be so happy!!!!! i also think that you should pray but this time don't pray to Allah pray to the real God and Jesus! I'm not sure if you would know how to pray because Muslims pray very differently. When you feel the time is right or when you want to pray, just go into a quite room and kneel( just type into google, praying(christian) you will find heaps!) and just talk, i strongly suggest you go to the church and also confess your sins. You will feel much better!

i do not think that is easy for you to do so if you are staying in a muslim environment. i used to stay in a muslim environment for over 10 years and i have realised that some muslims have very strict rules and they do not like people to "break them"?
You shouldnt be ashamed of being a muslim. maybe you could start of by talking to your parents first if you are underaged. and you could start asking about this question to your christian friends as well.

Whatever you convert to, it`s still a matter between God and you...either you believe in Him or not...and He likes all of His children whatever religion you choose or prefer...in you insist, best way is to talk to any priest in any christian church, and find out all about conversion to christianity

The first thing to do is accept Christ into your heart. Basically that means that you pray that God forgives you of your sins (the things you've done wrong) everybody's done something wrong...
"For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God"
Romans 3:23
This sin requires death.
"The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord" Romans 6:23
However if we ask for forgiveness he will forgive us.
"He is righteous and just to forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness" (I don't remember the reference)
And lastly, join a church, and be honest with the pastor, he wants to help you and isn't looking to gain for himself.

What the original scripture says (bible)?
According to Holy Qur'an the name of prophet Muhammad or Ahmad (p.b.u.h) is mention by name in the Gospel (Injeel):
"And when Jesus son of Mary said: O Children of Israel! Lo! I am the messenger of Allah unto you, confirming that which was (revealed) before me in the Torah, and bringing good tidings of a messenger who cometh after me, whose name is Ahmad (the Praised One)." (Qur'an 61:6)
If you refer to Song of Solomon in Hebrew scripture, the name 'Muhammad' also mention there, please read Song of Solomon 5:16, it looks like this:
"Hikow mamtaqiym wkulow mahamadiym (MAHAMADIYM=Mohammed) zeh dowdiy wzeh ree`iy bnowt yruushaalaaim."
