But, as the second one told you, you'd have to give something back. Not necessarily money. Maybe that person would need help with English.

IRC?
Myspace?
International students at your school?
crunchyroll.com if you're an anime fan, there's loads of japanese, taiwanese,chinese, let's just say a whole lot of Asian and non Asian Otaku's

No one is going to give you something for nothing. If you want to use people to help you with your translations, you should be prepared to pay for it. I have Chinese people, strangers, ask me for English homework help all of the time, and it is incredibly annoying.
