Today a judge ordered a German Shepard to be put down after it mauled an illegal immigrant. People around the US rally around the dog. Why is it when an illegal commits a crime the world wants to exterminate illegal immigrants but when a caucasian blows up oklahoma city or 4 black males murder an NFL star people dont really care to deport them?

Its deplorable that anyone would object to the dog being put to death.
Your argument isn't very rational, though. The Caucasian who blew up Oklahoma Federal Bldg was put to death and the 4 blacks will go to trial. Maybe the fact that they are American citizens has something to do with their not being deported, do ya think? So no, the US doesn't have a double standard. Also, no one here wants to 'exterminate' illegals; they just want them to go back to the country they came from. If you're going to argue a point at least get your facts straight.

The US is made up of 300 million free individuals.
So there are not just two standards, there are 300 million. That's what you get when everyone has complete freedom to think for themselves.
Trying to compare cases like this is difficult if you have two totally different cases in two different states where the laws, procedures and punishments allowed are all different.

You can't deport a citizen. Deporting means returning someone from whence they came. If they were born here, you can't deport them. That is known as banishment, which is considered a "cruel and unusual" punishment under the 8th Amendment.
