Buy HYDROGEN PEROXIDE at the drug store. Gently brush your teeth with it daily and use it as a mouth wash two or three times a day. This will heal mouth problems even down under the gums to the root area. It kills the pain very quickly.
But keep using it several times a week to keep your mouth healthy.

Infection can easily make it's way from your mouth to your heart by way of the veins. If that has already happened, get to a doctor for anti biotic to use with the Hydrogen Peroxide.

Well, it would help if you explained if the pain stayed concentrated around the tooth or if it's spread into your jaw or cheek. If that's the case, then it could be an abscess and needs to be given a look ASAP. Although it's rare, an abscess can lead to death if not treated in a timely fashion.

As for the heart beat. I can't be sure of that, I'm not an orthodontist or cardiologist, but I can see the possibility. The stress of constantly battling the pain of that tooth can reek havoc on you immune system and possibly even your heart thanks to the naturally made adrenaline that is used to numb pain by your own body.

There is a possibility of that. An infection in your mouth will spread to other parts of the body. I'm not a dentist, but I'd suggest getting it checked by one, the sooner the better.
Good luck.
