Have you ever heard of Partnership for Prescription Assistance (PPA)? I saw their commercial on TV just the other day and it looked like such a great thing. I just looked them up on the web and I checked and Depakote is a listed med that they offer. I hope this works out for you and your sis. Best of luck. I'm including the link to PPA.

I'm sure there are other programs like this out there. You can do an internet search for things like prescription assistance and see what you find.

You don't say what she has for sure. I would recommend going to a ER and see what they tell you. Most of these are connected to the Medicaid services and can help. She should be able to get emergency meds until the regular ones arrive.

A hint: See a neurologist about a medtronic electronic stabilizer, implant. These have worked wonders and no more pills. I've had one in my spine for some time and it's a wonder. I was on drugs for 14 years, now I don't even take aspirin.
