Ok first off I don't know if pilot is a secret or top secret clearance. Second, I had previously had a clearance from prior service. I had gotten out and recieved a speeding ticket which I know is not that big of deal. At my university I had gotten fined 100$ for downloading music, was all in house and gets erased off my record in 3 yrs.. its been about 1.5 yrs now. Also at my university my first weekend there I had went to a fraternity with my friend, first time drinking alot. I was of age and I guess they thought it would be funny to leave me at the bus stop, so I woke up to a campus policeman talking to me and told me since I looked intoxicated hes was calling an ambulance to get me checked out. I went to the hospital and refused any treatment and my friend picked me up and took me home. Haven't had any drinking tickets ever and still do not. Is this stuff I need to mention on the application? Or does anyone have an opinon of this will prevent me from getting a clearance?

I wouldn't worry about anything except maybe the downloading incident and that one will only matter if it was reported to an outside agency (ie local law enforcement, FBI, etc...which, by your fine only being $100, I'm pretty sure it wasn't and you don't even need to mention it).
Even if the downloading issue does need to be put on your application, it won't prevent you from getting a clearance. That type of incident won't even register as a blip on the radar as far "they" are concerned.

Those things will not prevent you from getting a clearance. You do want to mention them on your SF-86, because if they find out later it will definitley arouse more suspicion. I write what are called 'access lists' for my Naval command (which is in the Strike Fighter community, so we do have pilots) and I'd say about 60% of the pilots possessing a TS clearance. Most of those are the senior personnel (0-4 and above). Most possess only a Secret, and I do believe all of them have at least that.
Update: I misread the first time, only report your speeding ticket as I am guessing nothing else went outside your school. If that is the case, then yes only the speeding ticket. I apologize for the confusion.
Update: Someone posted below that pilots are required a TS. That is NOT true, just to let you know. I have over 30 aircrew in my command, and I would honestly say 10-15 of them have only S.

Pilots require a top secret clearance. Mention everything........Big Foot stomp. I am interviewed by DIS on a regular basis about co-workers, former co-workers, cadets, former cadets, etc. I am upfront with the investigators. Your friends, relatives, employers will be contacted so its much better that DIS hear it from you first versus one of your frat brothers or the local authorities. Big Foot stomp.
On a positive note, what you have disclosed here is really small potatoes. You have not engaged in counterfeiting or distributing narcotics (yes, I've seen it!). I think you'll be okay.

Secret clearance.
I don't think any of those violations would make you a security risk.
