The passages in Matthew 10:34-35 and Luke 12;49-53 HAVE TROUBLED ME FOR A LONG TIME. Now more than ever with the ongoing religious wars with Isalm. Also in view of so many fundamentalists that believe the Bible (in particular the King James Version) is the literal utterances of God. If these are the words of God how are we who love peace to understand them and the categorization of him who uttered them as "The Prince of Peace?"

Absolutely Jesus Christ was a trouble maker. He challenged both the Romans and the Jewish establishment. He challenged Roman civic authority and the Sanhedrin religious authority. That is why the Sanhedrin went to the Romans and requested the execution of Jesus. Challenging the establishment is the work of every prophet. If they didn't cause trouble and stir things up they would not bring about any change.

These scriptures do not insinuate Jesus was here to cause trouble to get a better insight please read the whole of mathew chapter 10 and the whole of luke chapter 12 you will come to realise that Jesus was refering to those that follow him would undoubtedly cause devision within family units as his true worshipers would be objects of hatred because of him (influenced by satan the devil) and he was encouraging his disciples to persevere through trials.
Cant we also see that this is true in our day also?

No , he wasn't a troublemaker

In Matthew he is talking about the unrighteous , about unrighteousness , he is talking about the Devils , the evils of this World , Satan and the divisions in the Church/Family

He was crucified by the Romans for being a political rabble-rouser. Apparently someone saw him as a trouble-maker.

His first miracle was turning water into wine for a party. Think about that.

No. THE LORD JESUS CHRIST was a GOD-MAN and HE was the image of the invisible LORD GOD. To those whose principles are of the evil one, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST scandalized them. But to those who love GOD, HE was their Savior and Redeemer.THANK GOD; FEAR GOD; PRAISE GOD; GLORIFY GOD; HONOR GOD; LOVE GOD AND WORSHIP GOD

I heard that he pushed one of his friends off of ladder. I mean... not far from the ground or anything.

when he was a kid.

I never meant to say he was out to hurt everyone.
