First, soak your hand in water that is about 40-60 degrees Celsius. Afterwards, dry your hand and apply a lubricant to the edges of the ring. Don't use WD-40. Try a silicone based lubricant, works well.

What I did I use a lot of dish soap and I got the ring off.
I also told someone on here at one time to try it and it worked for them.

Try first thing in the morning, before you've done any activity. Try dishwashing soap and cold water to work it off your finger. If that doesn't work, go to a jeweler to have it cut off.

You simply pull the loose skin on your knuckle back and have someone pull it off. If you need the help of a lubricant, try vaseline or something that you've already used. When you pull back that skin it brings you down 1-2 ring sizes.

Olive oil, lube the finger well and then rotate the ring whilst pulling gently, if the finger at any point starts to swell massively go to A&E

vasoline works well for me. If it's been stuck for a few days, go to a jewelry store and have them cut it off. If it's on for too long, circulation can be cut off, the ring could cut into the skin and cause an infection, etc.

Stick your hand in the freezer! That might help
hold it level
or have someone pull it off while you hold the skin away. The vasalene idea someone else mentions also helps! you can also try wire cutter as the last resort. Good Luck!

The fire department and the emergency room have a tool to cut the rings off of fingers. If you go to the fire department they will help you for free - the emergency room will want money.

Soak it in cold water (ice and water is best) for longer. If that doesn't work, then hold it up (above your heart) for a while without touching it or moving it. If you can't get it off, you'll have to cut it off. Good luck!
