A few groups including the Catholic church has stated that some forms of discrimination against them is just and have said that homosexuals should not suffer from unjust discrimination (though I doubt the sincerity of their good intentions) and if they do discriminate, what sort of discrimination?

I don't know. I'm not familiar with your sources.
My guess is that they want to discriminate with regard to ecclesiastical matters, but not with regard to secular matters. In other words, a practicing homosexual may be excluded from the clergy, but should be given equal opportunity in a job interview or church attendance.

It's an equal discrimination organization! All sinners are hated...gays, women, Jews, Africans, penguins, small Chinese sweat shop workers, etc.

lol...jk...I guess they're just saying that they aren't, or should not be, treated any different?

Personally, I think Christians extremely over persecute gays, and need to shut up about it.

it proboly means they are welcome to learn and worship but are not welcome to get married in the church.
Just like a clepto is welcome to attend but not welcome to rob the candlestick and holy water.
