I found the car hitted and run because it was a small community and damage traces match, the owner denied it, what should I do?

OK, you're parked car was damaged. You need to put the claim in under your policy, if you have collision coverage. If you don't, you need to file a police report, and try to sue the guy in small claims court. You'll need to "prove" your damages, so take pictures of your damages, and his, where they match.

1: Go to your local police and file a Hit & Run report (and get them to issue you an "Incident Report Number)

2: Call your insurer and report the accident giving them the Incident Report Number. This creates a claim under your "uninsured motorist coverage."

3: Come up with the cash to cover your deductiable and take your car to a bodyshop.

This will NOT increase your premiums as you are making a "not-at-fault" claim.

Contact the police and report a hit and run with a possible suspect, and let them investigate. Once they have established the owner of the other car is responsible, bill him for your damages.
