It's really hard to say greatest, but a lot of guys avoided him like the plague. Small payday, big headache. That probably kept him from any chance of proving it. I don't know how long i wanted to see Tszyu and Wusscar Del Annoy-ya fight. Would have enjoyed that beatdown.

I agree with the other guy's here. Chavez in prime would have destroyed Tszyu. It was sad to see the over aged Chavez when they fought . On the other hand,I also believe Tszyu was already a very aged fighter when he fought Hatton and in his prime would have beaten Hatton.

Also, I saw the fight between Tszyu and the last guy on your list - Hector Lopez. In my opinion Lopez kicked Tszyu's *!* and gave him a brutal boxing lesson. Just my opinion.

With all that said I really do think Tszyu was a great fighter just not the greatest junior welter weight of all time.

He very well could be the greatest ever in junior welter weight division. I looked on the net and one source says Aaron " the Hawk " Pryor as the greatest ever Juniot welter weight ever. I never heard of him nor Tszyu, but I like the heavyweight division.

No but I think he could have been. He was about the best natural counter puncher you would ever see in his amateur days, if you can get hold of the russian footage. I have freinds who fought him.

The problem when he went pro he chose Johhny lewis as trainer, who only trains one style- go forward battering ram (like jeff fenech and jeff harding).

He was still good at that, but with a technical black trainer from the US I think you would have seen more of what he could do.

Kosta, hardest hitting, absolutely. Maybe the hardest hitter of the junior welts ever.

Greatest?? Not by a long shot. I could pick ten off the top of my head that would beat him into partial blindness.

Tszyu was an excellent fighter. But could you picture him beating Aaron Pryor?
