LOL 100% if you are in a country illegally then you have already broken the law and are therefore a criminal. Plus anything you do while in that country is illegal, since you have entered it illegally you are not legally able to do anything while there.

The question should be: What percentage of criminals are illegal immigrants?
EDIT: Actually 0% because being an illegal immigrant is not a CRIMINAL offense.
