I pop my knuckles all the time along with my neck and back. It's probably not good for me, but I want to know other special things that you can pop that makes you feel more relaxed. I'm just looking for other things that I can pop.

Thanks. =]

End joints (not knuckles, that would upset me) on fingers, specifically the pointer, thumb, and pinky fingers. My thumbs usually crack by themselves if I don't bend them for awhile, such as when I wake up. My left pinky finger must have been broken twice (undiagnosed, no doctor), and I usually have to crack it a few times before I can fall asleep at night. Also my big toes but only if I take my shoes off. My neck is always stiff and I need to crack that as well.

I have tendinitis in both knees. The left knee aches if I stand on it for too long. The right knee doesn't bother me but if I bend it in too far it sometimes cracks slightly when I try to straighten it, then I have to smack it around to get it lined up properly again. Usually this is only when I go to bed. Also, my right ankle sometime cracks if I point my foot down and the straighten it up. Other joints may crack on occasion.

I've discovered that the things that crack by themselves are upsetting. For things that I crack myself because I feel the need to, it makes me feel better (at least briefly). My thumb cracking is half me and half unavoidable, but that falls into the "good" category.

I noticed that if I am concentrating on other things, I have much less of a need to crack things, with the possible exception of my left pinky finger.

This isn't a very good idea, your slightly damaging your knuckles every time you "Pop" them. If you start having trouble with Rheumatism or arthritis your going to suffer with dry joints then you'll be sorry.
I also suggest you stop smoking. That another foolish habit.
