Ask your dealer what thier policy is.
In most states there are laws that allow you to return the car within 72hrs. as long as it is still in the same condition as when you bought it (no dings, dents, or scratches).

Laws are different from state to state. In Calif. there is no cooling off period on any car purchased. new or used. However there are some dealers using the 3 days trade it back in for another car advertising here.

Once you take delivery it is yours in ALL states unless dealer gives you a 48 hour cooling off period which most think you can give back but dealer means you can get another car. Rarely will they take back as it is used. Unless they go door to door and try to sell you car you got to dealer you have to keep or you will have repo on credit.

In some states I think there's a 3-day "buyer's remorse" but I'm not sure if it applies to big ticket items like cars.
