Plead "guilty with explanation". This means you are admitting to it but feel that you have a good reason. Hope the judge is understanding.

Most of the cops around here are a bit anal and wont let you get out of it,but at the same time apologise to you for writting you a ticket. They even tell you what to say to the judge as they write you that ticket, for 180.00. But the last officer I encountered, let me go with a warning. I did nothing, but I was dressed in Hospital scrubs. He told me,"Do you want to end up in the Hospital, embarrassed, being cared for by your coworkers?"" Do that again and you will be."Then, he let me go, without a fee,or ticket. I of course had to apologise first, for making a illegal U-turn.

You are one real dummy, and a dummy with crappy luck as well. Hope you learn something from all of this. Yep, you are guilty, you can spend a few thousand more to still be told that. You'd better rethink your habits, your acquaintances, and the places you hang out. You're just lucky you didn't kill someone driving or that trio of your buddies didn't kill you.
Sounds rude?? Well, I've been there and DONE THAT. Now sober 23 years and crap like that doesn't happen to me anymore.

Your assault does NOT justify your DUI. Face the music and move on. You were going to drive drunk whether you were assaulted or not. The crime is complete with the driving. Not with the arrest.

File an action against the abusive police officers for assaulting and robbing you while in their custody.

Realize that you can not drive after drinking.
You were assaulted? At least you did not kill anyone.
