I have Acrobat Reader 7 and it opens pdf files from my C drive and other storage devices without any problems, but when it comes to opening it in IE7 or downloading it from the Net, it buggers up. I'll try to download Acrobat Reader 8 and see if this resolves the problem.

I would suggest re-installing or updating Acrobat Reader. It should integrate with IE7 or Firefox with no problem.

You may need to install Acrobat Reader. That will allow pdf files to be opened.

This sometimes happens, we all get it. But if you cant open pdf files check that you have got Adobe Reader, and that it is working. You can always download it again.

To avoid the bloat of adobe reader, download Sumatra PDF (click on "installer") - once you run it, go to File>Make Sumatra PDF default and your pdf files will launch in the browser
