In anime, when guys get horny, they have nosebleeds. Can this happen in real life? I am really serious.

No. I get horny alot and I have never had a nosebleed, or have talked to any of my friends who have had one because of horniness.

Its an absolute LONG shot, but over production of testosterone (which would increase sexual drive) can make you polycythemic (excess blood production) and cause nosebleeds. This is a mere hypothetical situation and I truly doubt its ever happened.
Elevated blood pressure from excitement could cause rupture of the nasal membrane causing bleeds.

No, your nose bleeds might be do to cracks in your nostril passages. Your nose might be dried out, I had that problem when I was young. Keep the moisture in and you should be fine. I started doing Vaseline every night and it worked great, I'm not a child anymore (haven't been for a while) and I only get one or two nose bleeds per year.

I'm a guy and I've been plenty horny through my adolescence and I've never had such an occurrence. Nor have I ever know this to happen to any of my friends.

Idk. One time a got a nosebleed from being startled. I was sneaking around the house when I was supposed to be asleep and I banged a pan in the kitchen REALLY loud and ran into the bathroom to avoid getting into trouble. Then, I noticed my nose was bleeding. That's like the only time, though.

The nose is laden with blood vessels. Your accident coupled with your smoking (smoking can cause increase in bleeding) probably opened up a blood vessel in your nose. If it doesn't heal, you made need to have it cauterized in the doctor's office.

It technically is possible...but very unlikely. When someone gets horny their blood pressure tends to rise, and if it goes high enough your nose may start to bleed. Once again...very unlikely

Hmmmm...... I have never heard of it. I know when guys get horny and get erection, blood goes straight to....well you know where. A lot of things in anime are exaggerated so the nosebleeding could be one of them. But then again, anything is possible.
