I'm in the military and this happens all the time. 95% chance is that she was locking her knees. I can't tell you how many formations I've been in and they tell you prior, "DON'T LOCK YOUR KNEES!!!" If you lock your knees, you'll pass out.
I actually passed out from this when I was a kid. My mom made me put on a dress she was hemming. She told me to stand up straight. After a few minutes, I came to on the floor and she was laughing. She thought I had fallen on purpose cuz I didn't want be wearing the dress.
Anyway, just let her know not to lock her knees when she's standing for long periods of time.

sitting down then quickly standing can cause this the blood to the brain is settled when sitting and fast reactions causes the blood to rush causing the effect of passing out make sure she doesn't do this it could really cut the blood supply but just be careful make sure she doesn't stand up fast okey
